Diemen Pepper’s Pepperberry Vinegar is Tasmanian Cider vinegar infused with whole, fresh Tasmanian native pepperberries. It is a great base for a salad dressing and dishes utilising smoked meats, fish, cheese and vegetables. It will add a new, distinctive flavour to marinades and pickles. With the Tasmanian Native Pepper, both the leaves and berries are harvested for their spicy, hot properties, with its pepper heat coming from an unusual flavour compound.

Diemen Pepper is a major producer of Tasmanian Native Pepper based in south east Tasmania. It was started in 1994 by Chris, who is still the hands-on owner. Sustainable harvesting methods are used to ensure continuity of supply and continued health of the bush.
