Tasman Sea Salt is a simple, pure product. Starting with the best ingredient of clean, cold, nutrient-rich seawater results in great tasting pure white, sea salt flakes. Coupled with innovative technology, simple methods are used that are little changed from what have been used over centuries. The process involves sucking up seawater, concentrating and gently heating it.

Tasman Sea Salt is operated by Alice and Chris at Little Swanport on Tasmania’s East Coast, not far from the site of a 1830’s saltworks operation set up by an Irish settler named James Radcliff.
