Made by Tasmanian Gourmet Kitchen at Longford, Caroline’s Caramelised Onion is cooked for around three and a half hours to give soft, properly caramelised onion. A great product which is soft and thick, it isn’t just for using on the meat at the bbq. Try it with salads, on pizzas, put some in the bottom of your quiches and just do some experimenting.
