Bill’s Beetroot Marmalade is made by Tasmanian Gourmet Kitchen at Longford and is their best selling product. The flavour of beetroot combines well with the zing of ginger. Try it with anything! So far it has been found to go well with Atlantic salmon, roast pork, venison and game meats. As a quick snack its beaut on toast or in a bun with a burger.
The beetroot is sourced from an organic grower in the Tasmania’s North West.
